Laima Vaikule comes to Lithuania

After two-year break, popular Latvian actress, singer and choreographer Laima Vaikule comes to Lithuania where she‘ll deliver two live music concerts to her fans. On 12 November, her fans will be provided an opportunity to listen to her at Kaunas Sports Hall and on 13 November, the performer will deliver her concert on Panevėžys “Cido“ Arena.

“In course of time, the star of variety prima donna Laima Vaikule remains at its zenith and the popularity of her songs is no less than the one of the grandees of the scene and newcomers forcing their way to the show world. Lithuanian public particularly waits for Laima Vaikule: her voice is recognized immediately and her concerts are accompanied by sell-out for many years“, Vidmantas Šiugždinis, CEO of “SEVEN Entertainment“ Group, said.

“I always come to Lithuania gladly, because I have many friends in Vilnius. I often worked together with your genial saxophonist Petras Vyšniauskas, so Lithuania is bound with pleasant emotions for me“, singer Laima Vaikule told.

The organizers of the concerts informed that the emotional and extravagant prima donna of the scene at her live music concerts in Lithuania will perform songs from 11 albums. At Kaunas Sports Hall and on Panevėžys “Cido“ Arena, many well-known songs having turned into smash-hits, such as “Acapulco“, “Vernisazh“ /”The Vernissage”/, “Skripach na kryshe“ /”The Violonist on the Roof”/, “Melodiya letnevo vechera" /”The Melody of Summer Evening”/ , “Perelyotnaya ptitsa“ /”Migrant Birds”/, “Yeshchyo ne vecher“ /”The Evening Has Not Come Yet”/ and so on, will sound.
