Last chance to get tickets to the famous Cirque du Soleil show in Vilnius

Having a little over a week left until the most famous and expensive show creator in the world Cirque du Soleil troupe's visit in Lithuania, fans of the Canada giant have the last chance to get tickets to the performance of Saltimbanco taking place on 15^th - 18^th December in Vilnius Siemens Arena.

In the course of four days the Cirque du Soleil troupe will perform 6 shows for the Lithuanian audience. Tickets to Friday and Saturday evening shows are all sold out, and even though tickets to Thursday evening and Saturday day shows can still be purchased, most of these tickets are separate. Viewers who want to be seated next to each other can only buy some adjacent tickets to 18^th December, Sunday, 17.00 o'clock or 16^th December, Friday, 14 o'clock performances. Tickets to Friday daytime performance are sold for a special price for pupils and students who show their IDs.

„When negotiating the first Cirque du Soleil trip to Lithuania even we, the organizers of their performance in Lithuania, did not expect such a success. We were afraid that people were not going to know who Cirque du Soleil were, and what high level performances they would present to the audience. It seems like we were wrong. This is also shown by the ticket sales, which have been among Tiketa's most popular since the announcement of the performance. Seeing the huge Lithuanians' desire to see the Cirque du Soleil show we had to gradually increase the number of shows. We had initially planned Saltimbanco being performed only 3 times, and now this number has grown to 6“, – says Juras Vėželis, the president of SEVEN Live.

According to yesterday's information, almost 14 thousand tickets have been sold to Cirque du Soleil's performance Saltimbanco. About 3.5 thousand tickets are still on sale, the majority of them – to the performances only announced a week ago.

„As usual, having several weeks left until the event, the ticket sales multiply a few times, so we think that the remaining tickets will be sold in the upcoming days. It is probable that, performances approaching, only one or two separate tickets will be available“, – states J. Vėželis.
